Mostly Shepherds Rescue Mostly Shepherds Inc. is a not-for-profit rescue organization formed 6 years ago. Through the generosity of Ted and Maria, owners of Squankum Kennels, we have been able to house our rescue dogs until they are adopted. Last year alone, Mostly Shepherds successfuly placed 38 dogs and 4 cats.  The staff at Squankum Kennels provide a nurturing and comforting environment, thus enabling our dogs to relax, and get over the stress of having been homeless.  The facility has large runs and calm surroundings.  Our volunteer, Justine, comes to walk the dogs, provide playtime, and to give that extra treat or biscuit.
